My Supervision Approach
I believe that becoming a strong clinician requires more than completing supervision hours. It's about developing the confidence, judgment, and resilience to practice thoughtfully for the long term.
The best supervision creates space to pause, reflect, and think critically about the work. Together, we'll explore the complexities of clinical practice, strengthen your ability to navigate uncertainty, and deepen your clinical judgment. While processing the emotional demands of this profession, and developing skills to prevent burn out. Building sustainable practices isn't separate from being a good clinician, it's part of becoming one.
As clinicians, we don't leave our identities at the door. Conversations about race, culture, identity, and power are a natural part of supervision and an important part of providing ethical, effective care. We'll explore how these dynamics show up in our work with clients, our relationships with colleagues, and our own professional development. My goal is to help you become a clinician who is thoughtful, self-aware, and equipped to do meaningful work with confidence and longevity.
